Honestly Coach Tricia, this was a great feeling week. It’s like the light switch has been thrown and the stars are aligning because of the work I have been putting in thanks to you. I have really noticed that because of being focused on health and training that other aspects of my life are being raised up as well. Thank you so very much! I am a lucky guy!

"And after a winter of training with you OMG I am fast!!! I completely destroyed my daughter's 19 old boyfriend. The file would look a lot better if I wouldn't have had to keep stopping to let him catch up. In one 8 minute section, I put 5 minutes on him. I am so fast that I cannot steer and control myself to really open it up. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"
